Hi Natha, Your Cornelius in the 1960 Tallapoosa Co AL census married Sally Baker Sept. 6, 1828 in Morgan Co., AL. He apparently was in Tallapoosa /co. by 1843 as he was involved with several others in purchasing Gold Mine property but I havent found him in the 1850 census. In 1870 he was in Shelby Co, Beat 15, Hillsboro PO page 535. He was born about 1808 and we believe that he is the oldest child of Charles Benjamin Jordan who shortly after 1850 also moved to Alabama.
