Ella, As you can see I am on AOL too. I had problems for abt 2 wks with AOL. They told me to delete some files and it got worse. My son had a fit that I did it. It is his, and many people's, opinion that AOL always blames something on your computer, when it is actually them! I finally had someone come and got through my whole computer. He cleaned it out, and said everything was fine. He said the "problem" was with AOL. My son said for me to change ISPs or just wait it out. I like the AOL screen and features, so I waited. It is pretty much ok, for the last 3-4 days now. Call AOL, at 1-888-346-3704 and see if they have it cached for you. Some do, some don't and I don't know if AOL does or not. Carleen
