This is spam and has plagued the yahoo groups for a long time, but now they're in rootsweb. Yahoo has made some progress dealing with this, but evidently rootsweb hasn't yet. We need to all report this to abuse@rootsweb.com so that they have the information necessary to combat this problem. This list admin can go in and unsub & block this subscriber, but that's all that can be done right now as I understand it.
