I found a Will Abstract today, for West Finley WA Co. PA: JORDAN, William, W. Finley Twp. (Page 180) Dated 2/23/1835 Probated: 3/16/1835 Exec. William, son; Joseph Jordan Wit: John Chase; John Lorimer Bene: WIFE: Marey; SONS: John; William: DAU's: Eleanor; Heaster I would like additional information on this family and would appreciate input as to where to look next. The 1850 W.Finley WA Co. census shows the mother and sister, Eleanor living with son, John and his wife. They are not listed in the 1860 census. Do not know what happened to them. In 1870 John and his wife are living in Wapello County IA. His mother is not with him nor is his sister Eleanor. I cannot find John & his family after 1870, and no death record in Wapello county IA. (John was born abt. 1825). At my wits end. Any advice will be appreciated.
