Looking for decendenys of HARRY HUGHES of BORING,OREGON. in CLAKAMAS County. i have MAYES i'm looking for in MARION Co.OR. looking for my great aunt AGNES MOORE from either KNOX or CLAIBORNE Cos.TENN. the below AGNES found fits mine very close. but after obtaining an obit, it has her having 3 sons, last name JORDON. the below is how i have her. my aunt told me she thought AGNES was in the FOSSIL area. i've tried here & a kind lady to, but nothing. note: we don't know if AGNES remarried under her unknown married name, or MOORE. or spelled MORE by 1 brother. The above AGNES died 1932 in OREGON CITY,OR hospital. a death certif said residence BORING. I'm told her husband in OREGON was a farmer of barley for the beer making industry, also he was a BARBER on the side. NOTE: an obit recently obtained has the above previous marriage to a JORDON. as she has 3 sons. 1 in SAN FRANCISCO,CA. the other 2. no places named. so maybe this is not my AGNES. AGNES parents are best we know JACK & NANCY MAYES MOORE. Nancy was born 1845 in RAY Co.MO. she married? in CLAIBORNE or KNOX Cos.TENN?. she went to OREGON about 1900- 1910. no later. her mom's brother was JAME DICKERSON & wife SARAH ELIZABETH LEWIS MAYES ftpm CLAIBORNE Co.TN. they lived and died in AUMSVILLE. were in OREGON in MARION Co. AGNES wrote her brothers & 1 sister in TN. they are JOHN MARION "DOB" or " DOBB" a nickname. my gramp's. in CUMBERLAND GAP, TENN. and wife SARAH. sometimes AGNES may have addressed it to MILDRED MOORE.
