I have been trying to find an Ida Green (e) b. 1869 in Wisconsin, Eau Claire. I have in my files a Marriage certificate that may interest someone I hope, smile. Collin Green m. Agnes Larson The person officiating the marriage was W. Bridge Jordan of Eau Claire WI on 5-31-1900 The persons that are the witenesses is what interest me: Chas Jordan residence Eau Claire WI and Ida Jordan res. Eau Claire. I am assuming that Chas and Ida are married. Collin had a sister named Ida so I am hoping that there is a connection in this, plus is W. Bridge Jordan, Chas's (Charles) father? If you are connected to this line I can send you a copy of this marriage certificate. Plus if you are connected through the Chas (Charles) and Ida marriage we are cousins. I would not have found this but for the reply from CCarnivale with census info. This not going to help much but you never can tell. Charles and Ida were sibling born 1875 and 1873 to Elbridge Gray Jordan born Freeport, Maine July 26,1841 and Katherine Brennan born c1845 Ireland. I looked for Ida Green, Collin Green and Agnes Larson in the Jordan records and did not find them. Also no W. Bridge Jordan, I expected he a relative of Elbridge but can not find him. The names are so close ??? Did not find another family member moving to WI. I have some descendants from this family. One line down to now.
