I am interested in identifying the parents of Sarah Jordan Sanford and in any other information that anyone may have about her family. She married Thomas Goodwyn Sanford. They lived in Putnam Co., GA. Their daughter Mary G. Sanford married A. J. Noble in Eatonton, GA in 1847. Mary G. Sanford and A. J. Noble lived in Montgomery, AL. One source gives her name as Mariah, rather than Sarah, and says she was from Putnam Co., GA. Thomas Goodwyn Sanford was the son of Jesse Sanford and Martha Goodwyn Mitchell Sanford who lived near Milledgeville in Baldwin Co., GA. Thomas' sister Elizabeth Taylor Sanford married Green B. Jordan and his sister Emily Epps Sanford married Benjamin Pruitt Jordan. Any help would be appreciated. Andy Noble
