Jones born bet: 1790-1810 in NC, died aft. 18160 in Guilford Co, NC, he married Mary Ozburn/Osborn on Sept. 20, 1832 in Guilford Co. NC I am looking for any info on Phillip's parents. I am told that he and Mary were buried seperatly in the Cemetery because he was a mixed race, not sure but I am told he was Indain or black. But according to the Census records he is White. I do know that they would hide this as a family secret and say he was white. So I have no idea of what his race was.
