George Thomas Jones was born 12/11/1898 in Grayson County, TX. He died on 10/12/1918. He is buried in Petrolia Cemetery, Clay County, TX. George was a son of E. Georgia Ellard and Elijah Thomas Jones. I have recently found information that indicates that George was on active duty in the U.S. Army when he died in the U. S. Army Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Can anyone on the list tell me how to obtain a death record from the U. S. Army? Or, would the record exist in Oklahoma state records. Does the U. S. Army Hospital still exist in Oklahoma City. So far, I cannot find an address for such a hospital. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. Dorie
