I need your help! I've "rescued" an old school album dated March 22, 1888 which belonged to Lena AWTRY of Creston, Iowa. I'm not sure of the last name as the handwriting is difficult to make out for sure. You might try finding a website of Creston, Iowa and leave a message there, or even call the city hall in that county and see if they have a historical society or even a library there and they may be able to find out who this person or persons are. Wow, Shelley! I have a Della JONESes in Creston, Iowa in 1888. Don't know if she's the one in your book, but here goes: Her full name was Caroline Adella Jones, and she was born Jan 1877. This would make her only 11 or 12 in 1888. Too young to be graduating high school, but still...is the book definitely for a high school, or could it be younger students?
