Hello Everyone, I am seeking an Elijah Luster Jones b appr. 1870. He married an Anna Jane Cox. I was told that he was born in Elliot County, Ky. My ggrandfather Luther H. Jones was born to this couple in West Liberty, Morgan County, Ky. He married Emma Francis Cox. I am seeking Elijah's family. The only thing through family Lore that I heard about his father was that he owned a farm in Elliot County and when he went and listed for the Civil War in the army (unknown) he came home to find that same Army had raided and burned his home. This unknown Jones was suppose to have then enlisted in the opposite side and he never returned home from the Civil War. Would any one happen to know who this family is?
