I know this seems rather silly and picky but ... there are some internet service providers who filter out any & all email with the word "help" in the subject line. They do that because so many of the spammers use the word in messages. Especially when it's emphasized (like all CAPS, !!, etc.). So can everyone please try not use to word help in the subject line of their postings, please. There were several bounces for email this morning after the message with the word "help" in the subject.
