I am looking for any information on the parents of Nathaniel M. Jones. NATHANIEL M. JONES, born April 11, 1827, VA; died. January 28, 1877, New Matamoras, Washington Co., OH and was buried in Grandview Cemetery, Washington Co., OH. He was the son of NATHANIEL JONES and ATHERIAH UNKNOWN. He married MARGARET NORRIS, daughter of ISAAC NORRIS and REBECCA MCCARTY. She was born October 29, 1829 in PA or Ohio County, VA (WV), and died May 25, 1910 in New Matamoras, Washington Co., OH and was buried in Grandview Cemetery, Washington Co., OH. They had the following children: 1. MINERVA JONES, b. Abt. 1854; m. EAKMAN SMITH; b. Abt. 1852. 2. JOHN JONES, b. Abt. 1858. 3. REBECCA ANNE JONES, b. February 01, 1859, New Matamoras, Washington Co., OH; d. November 27, 1891, Lone Pine, Washington Co., PA. She married PARRIS NORRIS, son of JAKE WYSKIVER. He was born 1857 in Hocking Co., OH, and died 1894 in Lone Pine, Washington Co., PA. 4. MONTERVILLE JONES, b. Abt. 1864. 5. HANNAH KATHARINE JONES, b. March 12, 1867, OH; d. June 12, 1912, Scenery Hill, Washington Co., PA. She married MILO SALSBERRY, son of JOHN SALSBERRY and EMMA CELESTIA HOLMES. He was born February 15, 1862 in OH, and died July 18, 1939 in Waynesburg, Greene Co., PA. 6. MARY JONES, b. Abt. 1871. 7 . ROSEBERRY JONES, b. Abt. 1874. 8. ALICE JONES, b. Abt. 1890.
