Hi there, I have a Lonnie Jasper Jones, in my VA Jones family. At this point, I don't see a connection with your Jones line. But I can share an experience I had with the name Jasper. I first found his name written as Lonnie Jas. Jones. So I started looking for a Lonnie James Jones. Normal assumption - Jas. stands for James. Then I found out, after a lot of research, that Jas. was for Jasper in this case. Judy
