One Jones Family, Francis Jones, wife Rachel Newton came to the US in 1708 from Wales. His family came with him, Samuel Jones, married Hannah Lloyd, Francis Jones, married Jane Wallis and Henry Jones, married Eleanor Lindley, some say a fourth son Josa Jones, but I have nothing on him. I Have the same names , but later generation in my fathers family.Fransis, Henry, Samuel. My greatgrandfather Andrew Jackson Jones is my brick wall. I have been unable to find his parents . Jacksons civil war record states that his father was born in Ga. his mother in Va. They then ,were in Indiana in 1840 when Jackson was born.
