Hi: Does anyone have any information about Hiram and Julia Jones, McDowell County, NC. They are buried in the Bethlehem Cemetery in McDowell County. In the very next row is the gravemarker for Zachariah Spencer Hawkins and Elizabeth Caroline Jones Hawkins (she died in 1929). From Census records, etc I believe that she is the daughter of Hiram and Julia Jones. There are several reasons that I think so. Especially the fact that a Caroline Jones is listed in the household of Hiram Jones and also a younger brother: Nelson. My grandfather was Nelson Jones Hawkins, a son of Zachariah and Caroline Jones. His grave is also at Bethlehem Cemetery. Any information about this family would be greatly appreciated. Margie Hawkins
