    1. RE: [Jones] Wiley Jones Feb. 1804--JONES BRICKWALL DEMOLITION DERBY
    2. Karli: I have access to all of the Ancestry.com sites as well as the ones at Genealogy.com. I have information on a Wiley Jones who moved to Dyer County, Tn. About 1830 from North Carolina. He was living next to Humphrey Jones, my ancestor, in the 1840 Census for Dyer County. I do not know if there is a family connection. I think there is, but I cannot prove anything. When I saw the name Wiley Jones, born in 1804, I thought this could be the same Wiley Jones that I have listed from Dyer County. I do not know anything about his family before he moved to Tennessee. Thanks for any assistance and if I can look up something online about Wiley, I would be glad to help out. Ron Jones - born and raised in Crockett County, Tn. In getting info from the Joseph Wheeler Jones Memorial Library, Danville, KY. -- I have visited the site and it does not have anything available on line. Assume I would have to travel to KY and am unable to do so. Would love to find out about the 1835 Will by Ned Jones at Buck Horn Creek, NC to see if there are any clues-- but would have to spend hours at each of the 5 or 6 counties that involves. --& can't get there either. Have tried using the NC rootsweb message line (like this Jones one)-- but to no avail. Are there ways to gather this information long distance, as it seems no one else is researching my line. Also-- notice that more and more of the sites which previously were free have been combined with Ancestry.com and are now available only to members. it is much more difficult to find many "free sites". Can someone provide lists of the free sites??
