Hi Gayle, I'm only related to the Jones family through my Aunt's husband's family. (My aunt died several years ago at 92 and her husband [my uncle Harold Jones] had died several years earlier.) A couple of years ago I met Harold's younger sister (she's now 92) and when she found out I was interested in genealogy, she asked if I'd try to track her family back. Mike, I wish I could help you and your aunt, but I did not recognize any of the names. The closest any of my Jones ancestors came to KS, MO, and KY were in SC, OH, and IA (Whitfield Benson Jones--1811-1892), and IA, SC, and NE (Laura Helen (Jones) Lewis--1839-1919. Sorry.
