Jenna it is done in home, at t hospice etc. They send a kit you generally just swab the inside of cheek put in container and send back. Someone told me even their old toothbrush will work but it costs more. I order for my elder family and pay for it since they are very limited income that is also why I only do the first level of test but have at least preserved the dna. Sorensen send you a kit that is like a mouth rinse.
