After William reportedly went to New Orleans and died there of Yellow Fever, the family went to Indiana. I have never been able to find a marriage record for William and Lucy or any other real documentation. A friend located her burial place and her birth and death dates and the names of her children came from her gravestone. She was buried in the Beard family cemetery in Carroll County, IN. Her daughter, Angeline married Eli Moore whose family was connected to the Beard's. I'd appreciate any help with this that I can get. Unless a previous post is relevant to a new post please delete it before sending something else onto the List.
