Hello, looking for information on Wiley JONES born late 1700's, from NC according to a Clay Co. KY Census. I believe Cynthia JONES who married Stokely BOWLING was his Granddaughter. Probable children of Wiley JONES were : Lucinda JONES md. John HOSKINS Martha Patsy JONES md. Joshua HOSKINS Hiram JONES Edmond JONES md. Sally HOSKINS Cynthia (Jones)Bowling was the mother of Polly BOWLING who married Isaac HOSKINS. Also, Cynthia Jones was the half sister of Frankie HOSKINS, who married Eli Griffith.....Frankie's Mother was probably a KATY???....Could be Katie HOSKINS, not positive about that yet. Any help is appreciated, thanks.... Lisa Hoskins My Genealogy http://hattiesue33.tripod.com/hattiesplace/Get more from the Web. FREE MSN Explorer download : http://explorer.msn.com

Then I did my math, alittle late for that, but he was 67 and Sorry for the previous post. You mean the 'wrong' man was 67 in 1880. Bud
Then I did my math, alittle late for that, but he was 67 and my Olive Was he 67 when he married Olive in 1881?????? Or when he died? Bud
There were more than 120 John Heaths on the 1880 census who were born between 1855 and 1865. I picked out two with the initial F. Doesn't tell who his parents are though. There was another John F. born 1862 in North Carolina, but my viewer just works about one at a time, then quits for a while. Let me know what you think. do you have any idea of when and where he was born? The information I had was not my John F. HEATH. I thought it was until I someone had sent me the census of him I was trying to find and it proved that it was not him. Then I did my math, alittle late for that, but he was 67 and my Olive would have been been to young since she was born in 1865. Although her second marriage to William Murry BROWN, he was 20 years older. Thanks for you help. God Bless Pam

Thanks I thought it was too until I started doing the math. My John F. HEATH was married to Olive Adalade JONES in 1881, but John drowned sometime later because she remarried in 1885 to a William Murry BROWN. They had children and one was my g grandmother. I see on the Census the names and the date for my g grandmother Daisy Mae BROWN is a match. It's just that we all knew her as grandma Hattie BROWN. But I found her as Olive Adalade BROWN on the Census. I was wanting to find more out about John F. HEATH and obit about his drowning, the year he was born and where he was from. God Bless Pam God Bless Pam
Someone sent me the information on that John Heath that I was inquiring about. I thought just maybe it may be him. But after I email asking the question about the death, gravel I started doing the math. I know, a little late for that. But I started thinking my John F. HEATH was not the same as the John Heath that I was asking about, that's why I wanted to find a census on him and family to see who he was married too. Because he would have been too old for my Olive. But I was not sure because she married after John drowned and the man was 20 years older than she. So you gave me my answer, this is not my John F. HEATH> My John F. HEATH married an Olive Adalade JONES on Oct. 9, 1881. But he must have drowned soon after that because she remarried a William Murry BROWN May 17, 1885. They had children and one being my g grandmother Daisy Mae BROWN. Although we all knew of her as grandma Hattie BROWN. Where she got the name Hattie I do not know. It was not until I had gotten some internet information from the Census that she was found with the children. Daisy was a match on birth date. So I knew it had to be her. So now I need to somehow find out who this John F. HEATH is, I would like an obit, but have been unable to find one much less anything on him at all with Olive. Have any suggestions? God Bless Pam God Bless Pam
