    3. Hi Kay, I don't think I ever said thanks for the St Stephen in Brannel email site. I have copied down some interesting connections; Trethewy, Rickard, Cock. One Jolly: John JOLLY bur 1.10.1696 - can't seem to place him at present as no age given of course, quite a few possible candidates. One entry of interest was the bur of Grace SAGE, widow of Rev. Mr Adam, 12.2.1732. Here are some more children of John JOLLY and Loveday BLACKMORE: 4) Henry JOLLY b 29.4.1819 Ladock d. 26.12.1888 Mintaro, Sth Australia 1841 census not on same census place as parents (nothing more at present, could be in my files somewhere) 5) Catherine JOLLY b about 1822 St Stephen in Brannel m 2.11.1854 Budock to William PORTER 1841 census living with parents in Mt Charles 19, no occup given. 1851 census 1861 census 1871 census 1881 census living nr Nurses St, Falmouth with brother Joseph, widow 6) Joseph JOLLY bp 24.4.1825 St Austell m 8.6.1871 Adelaide Sth Australia Harriet DAVIES d 13.1.1889 Plymouth, Devon bur 17.1.1889 General Ground, Ford Park Cemetery, Plymouth Section H, Row 31, Grave no 76 1841 census living with parents Mt Charles Village, miner 1846 emigrated to South Aust aboard the "Abberton" 1871 occup mining captain, (family history says at Moonta) about 1873/4 returned to Cornwall 1881 living with widowed sister, Catherine (Kitty) Porter, Falmouth occup mine agent. 1881-1889 during this time moved to Penryn 7) & 8) twins Louisa Grace JOLLY and Thomas JOLLY b bp 4.8.1827 St Austell d in infancy bur unknown I'll send more later, Pat Milne ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
