Hi all, This has been passed on to me so hope it is of some help to others out there. Hi Kay Here are the entries you wanted to pass on. Unfortunately, I've decided that I can't scan pages any longer, as the book is falling apart, and quite big.....juggling it onto the scanner etc in the last week or so has further damaged it, so to try to keep it in one piece for as long as possible, I've decided to stop scanning it. I know there is a 'photocopy version' on the shelves at Battye, if needed.....it is a very good copy btw. Sorry if thats a pain. Australia's Fighting sons of the Empire.....pub 1920, Perth, WA.
