Viola was born in Govan, SK on November 24, 1917. She spent 50 years in Regina, a short while in Calgary, AB, and moved to Moose Jaw in 1991. Viola has resided at Temple Towers where she enjoyed the friendship of many friends in her time spent there. Viola was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Legion. She was predeceased by her first husband Don Fay, second husband Jack Shooter and son Michael Fay. She is survived by son Rick (Shirley) Fay of Vancouver; daughter Sandra (Ed) Dobrowolski of Calgary and daughter-in-law Leslie Fay of Moose Jaw; also her much loved five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and all extended family members, especially niece Maureen (Dick) Gilmour of Saskatoon. In keeping with Viola's wishes, a private family service will he held. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all the caregivers for their grace, dignity and compa! ssion.
