    3. Sally, The only sibling that I know of was his twin brother William(1745-1825) married Polly Clugston. The father, John, came from Annandale, Devonshire, Scotland in the early 1700's. Robert applied for a land grant in 1789 in the Monroeville/Turtle Creek area east of Pittsburgh. It seems likely that Robert would have had other brothers and sisters but this has not been established. Some information indicates the family came to the Pittsburgh area from Franklin County, PA but this has not been confirmed.
