Abt. 1854 Wiley or Wylie b. Bet. 1856-1857 Charles Worth Johnston married Arabella Theresa Hoff, daughter of Samuel Hoff and Jane Hannold. She was born 10-20-1842, Ohio and died 11-03-1922, Ohio. From this union there were 11 known children: Walter Merchant b. 3-7-1877, Oh. d. 1-4-1954, Oh. Charles Samuel Thomas E Jennie or Virginia Joseph M Effra Annie Della b. Abt 1873 Hiram Henry Samuel Johnston married Etta ? and had one known son, Grover. Walter Merchant married Grace Josephine Smith, daughter of James Smith and Anna Hartnett. She was born 11-1-1877, and died 12-7-1958, Oh. From this union there were 10 children: Florence b. 4-25-? d. Unk. Tx. Virginia B b. 11-25-1899 d. 6-7-1989, Oh. Edna b. 11-7-1917 d. 4-8-1995, Oh. Roland b. 7-28-1919 d. Unk. Grace b. 9-3-1922 d. 11-11-1998, Oh. I am descended from Howard Franklin, Walter Merchant, Charles Worth, Benjamin.
