My great-grandmother was Florence Douglas (2/15/01 - 1/79) and my great-grandfather was James Johnston (3/10/1884 - 4/83). They had 5 children, and James was a farmer. Both James and Florence were from the West Plains area of southern Missouri. James' mother (possibly grandmother) was Sarah Kenslow. Family history is rather vague and I am just begining after working on the Langlois side for the past few years. Sound familiar to anyone? I know that this is not a lot of information to go on, but any leads would be greatly appreciated since I am in Chicago and can not make it down to Missouri to start digging into records. Thanks!
