Ok if it's quiet I'll babble some - We Know from census etc records that Vincent was born about 1784 in NC - that he married Susannah Fischer in NC about 1807 (I don't have the record in front of me) Esther Majors then Apeecha Leavell/Levell in 1841 Franklin County GA. Someone said they had found a GA state census that listed Vincent with Apucha (a Cherokee Indian) for the 1848 census. apeacha is listed as daughter of Edward Franklin Leavell of Newberry SC and second wife Rachel Williams (who married 1795 Dekalb County GA) in LDS records. Apeacha/Apeecha/Apucha was born 1800 in GA. Vincent had many children with three wives - Darius, Ahashabia, Posey Milton, Pinckney, Elijah, Rachael Marilzia and many more. Vincent may have been a younger son of John and Laura Johnston of Stokes NC. or was he in Cumberland County NC.
