Searching for info on Harrison B. JOHNSTON/JOHNSON m. Mary Jane HOWE. Harrison was born approx. 1841 in Kentucky. Mary Jane was born approx. 1843 in MO. Their children listed in the 1880 Callaway Co., MO census were Sue Bettie age 13, Harry H. age 9, Charles A. age 7, Lee Grant age 4, and Annie M. age 1. Sue Bettie JOHNSON orJOHNSTON m. Jasper Felix FERGUSON. Lee Grant JOHNSTON m. Nannie FERGUSON. The other children and the parents are missing after and before 1880. I haven't been able to locate them any where else. Any leads or connections would be appreciated. Lee Grant JOHNSTON always went by JOHNSTON, but the family is listed both ways. In 1880 they are listed as JOHNSON. In 1900, Lee Grant is listed as JOHNSTON. In 1910, Nannie FERGUSON, now married is listed as JOHNSON. In 1920, Nannie's son Lee Roy is listed as JOHNSTON.
