Hello List. I have tried the local rootsweb site for Australia with out much luck. So I decide togive JOHNSTON a try. George N Johnstone born 19 August n1911 Newinton Asylum, Granville NSW Australia. His Mother was know as Catherine Johnstone/Johnson (neePhipps) born around 1884. both where around Quandialla NSW from 1916 to 1935. George went by the name of Richard Johnson. Richard/George work on a Station called �Richmond Station�, up to 1935 The owner was called H.N. Conn Catherine went by the name of Catherine Johnson, she work as a house maid. Both went to Orange after 1935. Richard married a Eve Shorter in 1943. Catherine died in 1956 in Orange. Richard deid in Ballina in1995. Any info on Catherines family would be very helpful. Plus any info up to 1941 on both of them.PLEASE HELP!!!!! hi
