My James Johnson born abt 1800 in Charlotte VA, migrated to Surry and Stokes County, NC where he married Catherine Savage. They moved to Grainger County TN around 1825. I cannot find any info on his parents or sibblings. Your John and my James may be connected. Hi listers Does anyone Have Johnson's living in Vermont in the early 1820's . I am in search of a Logan Johnson b. about 1818 in Vermont he has been a brick wall for many of us looking for him .
