I have a Sylvie Johnson (jeanson, Janson) born about 1797 daughter of a John Johnson. Where was she born? Where was she from? Was she native? married Charles Stanislas Dagneau Fontenay deQuindre died in Dover East township, County of Kent, Ontario, Canada buried in St Pierre Paroisse, Tilbury East, Kent County, Ontario, Canada We know nothing of her family other than her father's name however the deQuindres were known to be in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania as some of them were with the Indian Department. Perhaps she came from one of these areas with one of them.
