Really need help in finding the trail Daniel and Joel's Parents who I do not know took or other families they traveled with to McMinn Co., TN. Think according to census reports that this family was there about 20 years. These two men were boys when they came to live in McMinn Co., TN. Have found and older Joel in McMinn Co., on a census who could be their father but no proof. Then a older Daniel who could have been their grandfather..plus the census shows older women living with these two older men..which could mean that it could be their mother and grandmothers. So I really need some help here. Have the lineage of one of Daniel's grown son's Joel Erie Johnson who married a Isabelle Caroline Triplett in McMinn Co., TN and about in 1840 they moved to Bradley Co., TN and they had their family there. His brother Joel and his wife Elizabeth ? Had their family in McMinn Co., TN and later moved to Bradley Co also with his wife and children. There were land grants that opened up is the reason they moved to Bradley Co. The only one to move was one of Daniel's sons named Joel Erie and his wife Isabelle Caroline Triplett back to McMinn Co. To help one of their sons my great grandfather to raise his four sons all under the age of eight years old..The six year old was my grandfather. Their mother died from complications of childbirth. Joel and Isabelle are buried at Carlock Cemetery. One other thing that is interesting is that four of the brother from Joel and Daniel's families married ladies with the last name of Varnell. Their parents names were Isaac Varnell & Prudence Pinar. Isaac born ABT. 1820 & Prudence born ABT. 1816. Co Now Daniel & Margaret's children started being born 11/25/ 1841 with James H. Johnson through the youngest Elizabeth in 1856. Joel and Elizabeth's children started being born with Albert Larkin Johnson on 1/23/1836. You will see the other birth dates when you open this.
