The condition of the sale > was that John had to make title to 2400 acres adj. to James' land. This > land was on Wises Creek and Big Horse Creek adjacent lands of Wise and > Pardue. James' daughter, Margaret, married Harden Blalock and was > administratrix of James' estate. John made title to the 2400 acres to > Harden Blalock as legal representative of James Johnston.
