    1. Re: [JOHNSON] Lets do a roll call
    2. Hi All; My great grandmother was Annie E. Clough (1846-1918) who was the daughter of Otha Clough born around 1817 and Ann Rebecka Johnson born around 1818. Otha and Ann Rebecka married on March 20, 1845 in Goochland Co., VA. I believe the father of Ann Rebecka is Thomas F. Johnson who was born around 1790 in Goochland Co., VA. In the Census for 1850 in Goochland Co., VA. Thomas F. Johnson is shown as the head of the household with two male children and 3 female children. His wife must have been deceased at this time because no adult female is shown in this census. By chance can anyone tell me anything about this Johnson Family of Goochland Co., VA? Anything at all will be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Bernie Bland in Springfield, VA

    1. Roll Call My Johnson Names
    2. Tami Johnston
    3. Hey All: Here is my Johnson family. David Johns(t)on b. 1788 in Wilkinson County, Georgia. By the mid-1830's, he had moved to Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana where he owned a house, property and slaves. In 1840, David married Hanna Frederika Hoffman in either New Orleans, Louisiana or Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. In 1841, their son, Alexander Henry Johns(t)on was born. In 1852, David died in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. According to last will & testament, he noted that no brothers nor sisters were alive at the time of his death. So he must have had siblings. I have no parents names, for this is one of my biggest brickwalls. Any help whatsoever is greatly appreciated. The names David, Alexander, and Edward repeat throughout generations in this Johns(t)on family. Thanks.
