Judy, You have probably done this already, but tonight I looked on 1830 Fed Cen Tenn, Roane Co. since Elizabeth Johnson who married Medlin Dunham was supposedly married after Jane died (1835) in Roane Co. Tenn. Yes, there is 6 years there for people to relocate etc. but thought I would see who was in Roane Co. in 1830-- Johnson's that is. I came up with Seth Johnston, Edmond Johnston, and Little Berry Johnston, all related. and when I looked at family gedcoms, some interesting family names. Then there was Francis Johnson, Isaac Johnson and Wm Johnson. Did a brother of William Perry Johnson live here at one time? Have you tried researching these families before?
