I am trying to locate information on the GEORGE JOHNSON family. George was born in Hawkins County TN and probably lived in Cherokee County SC, before he married Ruby Canipe, since his mother and father died in Cherokee Co. I don't have a place or date of marriage but would guess Cleveland Co. NC. George died 1983 in Catawba Co. Anyone know of this family? Thanks Paula Johnson
