Family Tree Maker also has this - click "tools", then "Relationship Calculator", then select the individuals your checking on, then click on "Calculate" and it will give the closest blood relationship, for instance, the connection with my wife and I shows that we are "7th cousins, once removed." Clicking on "Reports" then "Kinship Report" with show all connections from the primary individual you select to everyone in your file, but this report may take awhile to build if you have a large number of people in your file.
