That is not accurate either.??? The Johnson and Johnston name is very common in one tree so it is important to take note that you need to look at both Surnames as well as other closely spelled Surnames also. -----Original Message----- From: Alli <iamcheroke@filertel.com> To: johnson@rootsweb.com Sent: Fri, 5 Oct 2007 7:28 pm Subject: Re: [JOHNSON] (no subject) Then switch to digest & you get all of those messages at once & it makes it easier to delete. Besides this is a JohnSON list......while there may be an occasional JohnsTON, its not what Tony was sharing with us. Instead of complaining (to the list), just hit delete & maybe someone will focus on your JohnsTON surname. Yep its important to look at all spellings of a surname (which I personally do), but if you saw what I said......."its not (Johnston) what Tony was sharing with us" The original message (while complaining about the # of messages that were sent) was also complaining about the info. not being full of Johnston names. but my original statement still stands.........if people don't want to read & go thru 40 emails individually that are chalk full of info. then they can switch to digest, scan it & hit delete. Let's get past this complaining & correcting & post our family tree Alli :) ----- Original Message ----- From: <jeppsonjeffery@aol.com> To: <johnson@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, October 07, 2007 5:41 PM Subject: Re: [JOHNSON] (no subject) > That is not accurate either.???
