Zonia Kessinger and Leona Kesinger could be the same. Could be that different clerks had different hearing impediments (or biases) and she wasn't given the opportunity to correct the entry (clerks presuming she couldn't read). If you can look at the original handwriting you may find closer spelling than the printed transcripts. The transcribers may have had different opinion of what the scribble spelled.
