There is only one Steve Johnson with a death date of 1964 but this may not be the one you are searching for since the birth year was 1898. Here is what it will show. Birth 8 Dec 1898 death Mar 1964 Last Residence South Carolina SSN 251-28-1213 Issued South Carolina. If this is not him and you can obtain his social security number you should be able get a copy of his application which may have his parents listed. If it is him then just click on the SS-5 Letter, print, and mail. Good luck.
