    3. The following are from some notes I took down some years ago. I have no other info beyond what is listed here. Thought they might help someone. SOURCE: "Cecil Co., Maryland, A Study in Local History", by Alice Etta Miller, C.& L. Printing, Elkton, MD 1949. Pg. 18 Richard TOUCHSTONE residing Cecil Co. in 1686. He married Sarah JOHNSON, the daughter of Daniel JOHNSON and Frances FOY of Baltimore Co., later Harford Co. MD. NOTE: I am interested in any info re Daniel & Frances (FOY) JOHNSON. If any of you have any info please contact me. Pg. 20 Henry Johnson is one of several Plantation Owners listed. Pg. 156 Cemetery, "Old Side", West Nottingham Church (Presbyterian)...Elizabeth JOHNSON, daughter of George & Nancy JOHNSON , who departed this life ?, 4, 1800, aged 21 years. Pg. 160 Perry Neck & Elk River area-- Acreage owned by John JOHNSON; Simon JOHNSON and William JOHNSON. Years 1658 & 1680. SOURCE: "History of Cecil Co., Maryland", by George Johnston, 1881, Publ/Dickson & Gelling, Philadelphia. Sorry I didn't note the page number for this one: The LESLIE Family. Robert LESLIE emigrated from Scotland about 1645; purchase 100a. a mile or two north of North East town in 1758. His daughter Mary LESLIE married Charles JOHNSON, from whom the Johnsons of North East & vicinity have descended. Pg. 281 Capt. William JOHNSON conveyed 2a to the Presbyterian Congregation to build a new church. Dtd. 20 Sep. 1801. Funds for the Church building to be from a lottery in 1803. Area known as West Nottingham.
