Hi Jamie, Finally...a JOHNSON posting that I think I can link to mine! My ggmother was Laura JOHNSON (1887-1929) of Greene Co., TN. Her father was Randolph Jesse JOHNSON (1869-1956), died in Greene Co., TN. Randolph's father was Rev. William Henry Johnson (1847-1927), died in Greene Co., TN. Rev. Henry's father was Richard JOHNSON, no birth/death dates/locations. It is said that Richard married again late in life and moved to VA and lost contact with family in TN. Rev. Henry had a sister Melissa and two brothers Vince and Will Robert. Rev. Henry had three wives: first is unknown and the mother of Randolph and Jim; second in Sarah Elizabeth ROSS and mother of Jennie, Sarah, Emmaline, David, Sam, Andy; third wife was Mary STONE. I was told that my JOHNSON's came from NC but haven't been able to establish that yet as I have just ordered the death cert. for Rev. Henry. I did find the Richard JOHNSON family in the 1850 Cocke Co. census and thought it might be mine. Would like to share/exchange info. Regards, Kelley
