Desperately searching for parents and siblings of: John L. Johnson b 1/19/1857, d 6/3/1935 his wife: Kate (Catherine) Chism Johnson b 10/9/1859, d 10/12/1946. their children (the ones I know of): Homer Victor Ferman Troy Emma Bruce (died in infancy) Lillian Ruth Dorris (died around age 2) I'm told the L. in John L. stands for Lafayette, but cannot verify this. I'm also told he owned land in Pickens County, AL, possibly a plantation, but have yet to find him in any records. He was possibly a preacher. I believe his hometown was Gordo, Pickens County, AL.
