Barbara, We also have a Benjamin Johnston born about 1760 who apparently had a son Benjamin, Jr., although ours ended up in Greenville District, SC in 1785. I have heard of the several Benjamin Johnstons of the Goochland Co., VA area. Ours is actually named Benjamin Ware Johnston. Who are your's sons' names besides Ben, Jr.?
