Hello! My Kentucky Johnsons include one of my brickwalls. His name is Isaac Johnson (though it is spelled Johnston on his marriage bond), he was born in Jessamine Co. Ky., & married Betty Burke (Betsy Burk on the marriage bond) on March 12, 1806 in Washington Co. Ky. (later became Anderson Co.). A David Johnson (Johnston on the marriage bond) signed the marriage bond as Isaac's guardian. Isaac & Betty had 5 sons, Cave, Charles, Merrit (or Merriot), Philip Thurman (b. 1826) and possibly Isaac. The family bible has Isaac Sr. dying in 1832. That's all I have on him.
