Hello, I am looking for any information on "Lt." John JOHNSON born 1711 Northern Ireland, died 1793 Dec. He was married to Sarah HOGG born in Ireland. They had a son James JOHNSON born 1743, N. Ireland, died 1829, Debert, Nova Scotia. James JOHNSON married Eleanor O'Brien. I also am descended from George JOHNSON(don't know if they are related in any way) born 1724, Wolsingham, Co. Durham, England. George married Martha DIXON in 1765, Wolsingham, Durham, England. I would like to find out about George's parents, siblings, etc. and also Martha DIXON's parents, siblings, etc. If anyone has information on these families I would be more than willing to share the information that I have on them.
