Hi again, I spoke to a granddaughter of Rev. William Henry JOHNSON last night and got some more info that might help. He was married three times... first wife is UNKNOWN...their children were: Randolph Jesse JOHNSON (1869-1956) m Nancy HARRIS (d abt 1925), Myrtle THOMPSON Jim JOHNSON...had two sons Artie and Lee JOHNSON second wife was Sarah Elizabeth ROSS (died abt.1906)...their children were: Jennie Elizabeth JOHNSON (1895-1968) m William Marion CUTSHALL (1885-unk) Emmaline JOHNSON m John COLYER David JOHNSON d: in WWI Sarah JOHNSON Sam JOHNSON Andy JOHNSON m Eliza Defin ALDRIDGE (1876-unk) third wife was Mary STONE...they had no children. Rev. JOHNSON died 1920 in Greene Co. Rev. JOHNSON's father (may be Robert JOHNSON) re-married and moved to VA with his new wife and never returned.
