Hi fellow Johnson searchers!!! My brick wall may possibly still be alive. I don't have very much info on him. His name was Leon Johnson. He married Lillian Lucille Wilburn (spelling?) Lillian was my grandfathers half-sister. We do know that for a time they lived in Huntsville, AL. And in 1939 they were in San Antonio, TX. Leon had a set of twin sisters, but I don't know what their names were. As far as dates go, I would say that Lillian was born sometime in the late teens. Her mother, Sarah Ann Elizabeth (Clement) Norris married Milo Wilburn after 1914. I know that Leon and Lillian divorced, but don't know when or where. Then Lillian "took up" with a married man and they both disappeared. No one has heard from her since. We have not been able to find any hint of a paper trail on either Leon or Lillian. My mother went to Huntsville to the courthouse to see if she could find some kind of record on them, but there was nothing. Lillian's half-sister, Mary, is still alive and kicking at the ripe old age of 93 and is still sharp as a tack, but like to know what happened to Lillian. I figure that finding something on Leon would be my best hope of locating her. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
