Thaks Kelley for the info. This James JOHNSON might be mine, then again it might not either. Mine has 5 children listed Lewis, William, Francis, James, and Jane I have a little info on all of them. Lewis died at the Alamo. He is listed as being from Wales. That might be a town name of it might be his family origin. Just not sure at this time. William married Clementine TOWNSEND Francis (my gr-gr-gr-grandfather) was born in 1812 in IL. He married Elizabeth TOWNSEND(Clementine's sister) moved to TX and had 11 children there. James was born in AR and married Nancy ?
